Policies

• Villa Royale is an adults-only hotel. All guests must be at least 21 years old.
• We charge a pet fee of $100 per stay, and $50 for an additional dog. All dogs must be on a leash at all times and are not allowed near the pools.
• We do not accept cash at Villa Royale or Del Rey.
• A $100 per night security hold will be placed on a credit card at the time of check-in. Pending charges, the hold will be released at check-out.
• No more than two guests per room are allowed, unless you have requested a Two-Bedroom Villa. A $50 per-person charge will be applied for additional guests.
• All groups larger than 6 rooms and/or 14 guests must sign a group contract.
• Villa Royale reserves the right to cancel all reservations of non contracted groups without a refund.
• Outside food or beverages, amplified music or floats are not permitted at pools.
• Guests will be charged $120  for robes not in the room upon departure.
• All food delivery services must check in with the front desk upon arrival.
• All guests agree to receiving texts from Villa Royale.
• Villa Royale is a non-smoking property. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed to guests who smoke in the rooms or on patios.
• Outside guests are not permitted at pools.
